So during the holidays the retailers send you more than the usual dump of emails. I don't really want to Unsubscribe from all of em - but I'd like a little break from the barrage that's been steadily intensifying over the past few weeks.
That's why I propose Gmail to give me a Snooze button that I can apply to the worst offenders. I'd like their messages to go into a separate folder - not Spam, but some sort of holding cell - for a designated period of time - until lets say until Jan. 15th. At that point the filter will unlock and emails from these brands will come back into my inbox as before.
Google is actually in the business of selling it's users to brands and marketers, not giving it's users the ability to hide themselves (even temporarily) from the deluge - nonetheless this'd be a nifty gift this holiday season ...
